CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase at KURETICS. We hope you are pleased with your experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please refer to the details below for our policies on cancellations, returns, and refunds.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have started the shipping process.
Please note:
- Perishable items like flowers and eatables are not eligible for cancellation requests.
- However, refunds or replacements can be issued if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product does not meet expectations.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service team at contactus@kuretics.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA, securely place the item in its original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and mail it to the following address:

A prepaid shipping label may be included with your package. In such cases, KURETICS will cover return shipping costs.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.
Note: A 3% restocking fee may apply for returns.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method, with credit reflecting in 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
For items under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for support.
