WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer several shipping options for your convenience. In certain cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
- All prepaid orders qualify for free shipping within India.
Standard Domestic Shipping
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services or speed post and typically require 7-8 business days for processing and shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be delivered on Sundays.
- Delivery timeframes for shipments vary based on the selected shipping method and destination, with an estimated minimum timeline of 7 days and a maximum of 14 days for delivery, or as per the agreed delivery date at order confirmation.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
For domestic orders, we guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the specified processing period of 8-14 days from the date of order and payment. Delivery times are subject to the norms and policies of the respective courier company or postal authority.
Note: KURETICS is not liable for delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
DELAYED ORDERS
If there is a delay with your order, we will inform you promptly and provide an updated delivery estimate.
ORDER DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery of all orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Once shipped, confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID provided during checkout.
